Amanda Latimore, PhD
Dr. Amanda Latimore is a social epidemiologist and Director of AIR's Center for Addiction Research and Effective Solutions (AIR CARES). Her team conducts research, provides technical assistance, and engages communities to prevent addiction and support those affected. Dr. Latimore focuses on the structural and social determinants of health and their impact on racial inequities. She works with state leaders to use funding sources like cannabis tax revenue to address harms from punitive drug policies. Dr. Latimore leads a major evaluation of a $95M investment to advance health equity and teaches at Johns Hopkins and Georgetown University.

Jarratt D. Pytell, MD
Dr. Jarratt Pytell is a fellowship-trained, board-certified addiction medicine specialist and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. His research focuses on improving primary care for people who use alcohol and other drugs, including evidence-based drug testing and the impact of substance use among people with HIV. He also works on implementing patient-reported outcome measures in addiction treatment. Dr. Pytell provides integrated addiction and primary care at Denver Health Bernard Gipson Eastside Medical Center and is an attending physician on the Denver Health Addiction Medicine Consult service. He is also an affiliate investigator at the Kaiser Permanente Colorado Institute for Health Research.

Arianna D. Campbell, PA-C
Arianna D. Campbell is an Emergency Department PA with over 20 years of clinical experience. She is an ED APP Lead for US Acute Care Solutions at Marshall Medical Center in Placerville, California. She has been involved in developing programs to initiate high-quality, evidence-based treatment for addiction in the ED and hospital setting since 2017. She is a founding member of California Bridge and is currently serving as Director and Co-Principal Investigator.
